Shipping information for Australian Customers

After your orders are placed with us, we require a handling time of 3-4 days to organise, pack and get your items ready to be delivered. If a product is indeed out of stock, we will notify you within 48 business hours from when the order is placed via email.

Delivery times may vary dues to the location you are in, delivery generally takes from 3-7 business working days for items to be delivered to you, in most major cities usually faster.

Please note we bare no responsibility for delays of courier companies or Australia Post and in any cases items of goods is shipped is lost or damaged, we try our utmost efforts to resolve the situation promptly but there will be further delays caused beyond our control.

Delivery Outside of Major Cities and Metro Area's

In the instance that your delivery address is outside a Major Australian City or Metro Area, courier companies and Australia Post charge extra to service these area's, or they may not service them at all.  We will contact you to discuss your options if this situation arises.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders are calculated at checkout and depends on the items purchased and delivery address. 

Is a signature required for my order?

All orders require a signature. If you are not at home at the time of attempted delivery, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Shipping information for international customers

We ship worldwide however we require you to contact us for an accurate international shipping quote prior to placing an order. We will them send you a formal quote which will include the agreed shipping method and associated costs. Please email info@evolutionoffroad.com.au

Customs and duties

If you purchase from outside of Australia, the goods that you have purchased may be subject to taxes, duties and charges of the country that you are purchasing from. You are responsible for and shall bear any charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs authority for further information about such charges before making a purchase.
