Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

Beyond 14 days we only replace items if they are defective and under warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For product exchange requests, please notify us via email at info@evolutionoffroad.com.au and send your item to: Evolution Off-Road, Warehouse 4/5 645 Pine Ridge Road Biggera Waters QLD 4216, Australia.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the store credit. 

If you are approved, then you, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account that carries no expiry date.  

Order Cancellations

An order cancellation charge will apply for orders which are cancelled after payment has been made for the order.  This covers administration & warehouse management costs, along with bank charges and fees associated with third party payment providers such as Shopify Visa, Shopify Mastercard, Shopify Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay who do not refund transactions fee's for refunded or cancelled orders.

In a recent policy change Shopify now charge the Merchant an additional 1% fee of the total order value in U.S.D. for all payments processed by a third party payment gateway which are also not refundable.

The cancellation charge is 10% of the total order including shipping fee's. 

Please note: Trade orders, international orders, sale & discounted items, special order, pre-sale & made-to-order products cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refund.  A store credit can be applied for alternate products equal to the order value. 

There is no expiry date applied to store credits.

Refunds Processing (if applicable)

You will receive an email outlining the details of the refund once processed on our end. The refund will be processed to the original payment method with no exceptions. 

Refund timeframes vary depending on the original payment method.  Please allow up to 8 business days. 

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Evolution Off-Road are covered by the Product Manufacturers Warranty, and are governed by their individual warranty claim Terms and Conditions.  Evolution Off-Road strongly recommends all products are fitted by a Qualified, Insured & Highly Experienced 4x4 Workshop. 

Warranty periods will begin from the time the product has shipped to the customer.

The claim information will be sent to the Manufacturer for assessment within 3 business days.  If further information is required from the Manufacturer, Evolution Off-Road will make this request via email.

The Manufacturers Product Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective or faulty parts and does not include any costs incurred in labour for the removal or re-fitment of parts or damage incurred as a result of the product’s fitment.
